Nasi Lemak

I like nasi lemak! I really do. I like nasi lemak because of the taste, the sweet smell and the texture of the rice.The rice, a tied screw-pine leaf and a little bit of salt are cooked into the coconut milk.These combination of mixture builds up the extremely fragrance,the beautiful form and the delicious taste of a local nasi lemak.

Besides the nasi lemak itself, the spicy dish with fried anchovies or known as the 'sambal ikan bilis goreng' is essential to complete the delicious taste of the nasi lemak.The spicy dish with fried anchovies is made up of red chilli paste,some sugar,some cooking oil and small fried anchovies.The ingredients are cook together.

Fried peanuts, two slices of fresh cucumber and a quarter of hard boiled egg are include into the nasi lemak.Lastly the nasi lemak is wrap into a banana leaf for additional aroma of the nasi lemak cuisine.
